(2) YOUR CONTRACT WITH RIFUGI MONTEROSA – MBG SRL

When you book in our huts, a binding contract will only come into existence when we will send you a written confirmation of your booking by e-mail.

The date of the contract is the date that appears on the written confirmation.

Please check your confirmation to make sure it corresponds to your request.

Il contratto comprende:

• le presenti condizioni
• service specifications at www.rifugimonterosa.it
• what is indicated in the written confirmation

In addition:

• with the confirmation, the operators undertake to provide the booked services and the customer to the payment
• In case of cancellation, the relevant penalties apply
• Those who book for more than one person are responsible for full payment
• documentation is sent to the reservation contact person

(3) PRICES.

All prices are in EURO and are per person per day.

Prices:

• are posted at www.rifugimonterosa.it
• may vary throughout the year
• are guaranteed those indicated in the booking confirmation

Inclusions and exclusions are specified on the page of the booked facility.

(4) PAYMENTS.

Method of payment:

• a deposit is required upon booking by credit card
• For Capanna Margherita (specific periods) full payment may be required

WARNING:
Reservation is automatically cancelled without notification in case of non-payment.

• the balance takes place in the lodge at check-in
• the entire group is charged
• For Gnifetti + Margherita, the balance takes place at Gnifetti

IMPORTANT:
Once the balance is paid, there are no refunds for any reason.

In addition:

• Failure to achieve due to subjective causes → no refund
• Impossibility due to bad weather/hazard → case-by-case evaluation

(5) CHANGES.

• Up to 4 days in advance: date change (if available)
• it is not possible to move the deposit to another shelter
• Up to 2 days before: change number of people without penalty

The deposit of cancelled people:

• is not returned
• can be used as credit for the group

(6) CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be communicated by e-mail.

Penalties:

• up to 72 hours in advance:
  deposit refund minus €20 fee
• alternative:
  reservation shift in the same season (subject to availability)
• refund request by Oct. 31
• less than 72 hours or no show:
  no refund

For agencies and schools: specific agreements apply.

(7) COMPLAINTS.

In case of disruptions:

• address the staff immediately
• alternatively complaint by registered letter with return receipt or PEC
• Within 10 working days of return

(8) ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

Who books:

• Is responsible for his own behavior and that of the group

In case of damage:

• The person responsible for the reservation is accountable to the managers
• including any legal fees
